Prompt Ownership

Creators retain copyright over the prompt recipes they author and submit through Creator Studio. By publishing on Recipo, creators grant a licence for the platform to display, distribute, and promote their work within the marketplace.

User Licence

When you save or purchase a prompt, you receive a personal-use licence to run it in your own AI sessions. This licence does not extend to redistribution, resale, or public republication of the prompt text.

Takedown Requests

If you believe a prompt on Recipo infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, submit a report through the safety button on the prompt page. Include the URL of the prompt, a description of the work you own, and your contact information.

We review takedown requests promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with applicable law.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output produced from prompts on Recipo is created by third-party AI providers. Recipo makes no claim of ownership over AI outputs and cannot guarantee that outputs are free of third-party intellectual property. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws.
